Woods and rocks

Description

This is an extraordinary reconnaissance of the woods and a nature experience of a special kind. Early in the morning when life awakens we will take ourselves into a world of bizarre figments of sand stone. First we will pause for a moment and feel the cool, fresh air of the woods. We will focus our breath into the current moment. We will immerse into the woods, the smells and sounds of nature and leave everyday life behind us.

We will wander slowly over rough and smooth, uphill and downhill and encounter natural stone miracles. We will stay short or longer to marvel at nature's art and and internalize the power. This mystical experience will inspire our imagination and we will get close to the fairies and fabulous creatures. These are the places where we will listen to fairy tales of times gone by.

Remote trails or way continues deeper into the forest, striving towards our destination. This is the time of silent walking. We will nurture our inside with what we perceive outside. We will focus on perception. The highlight  is also the culmination of the day and the place were the woods and rocks journey ends.

There are two variants of this event. Weather dependet the journey will end at the starting point or at the train station of another destination. Participants can either start their travel home directly from there or take the train or call the "cab on demand" to get back to the starting point. These travel costs are not included int the price.

Requirements

Sie sollten über ausreichend Kondition und Beweglichkeit verfügen, um ca. 10-13 km bzw.  5-6 Std. auf unbefestigten Waldwegen zu gehen. Im Verlauf der Tour gehen Sie trittsicher über Stock und Stein, bergauf und bergab. Wir gehen langsam, Geschwindigkeit ist nicht unser Ziel.
